Florence Ballard left the Supremes, dave c, ostensibly to start a family, rather than Mary Wilson. Cindy Birdsong replaced Flo, & several years later Jean Terrell replaced La Diana. This talented trio continued to have hits with "Up the Ladder to the Roof", "Stoned Love", "Nathan Jones", & "Floy Joy"!!!

Check out the new FT-2000 dude? ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!
Thanks for the heads-up, but will stick with that tried-n-true Frog 7, non-fine-tune model, which iz as O.G. as can be! Aint broadcastin'; just listenin' when propogation-n-local rfi permit!!!
Are there any good 'free form' type music and/or talk shortwave radio stations? All I hear on the SW bands are mostly religious BS programs! I'm sick of these religious fanatics having usurped the SW bands!
Being a Pacific Rim listener, Y-14, it's catch-as-catch-can on Radios Australia or New Zealand. Radio Netherlands has done away with their pop-oriented programming for more current affairs fare. Auntie Beeb don't sw broadcast to Latin America, much less North(well, in extremely small snipits), so the only way to catch her musical offerings is by internet, damnit. You might be able to catch Radio France International cuttin' a proverbial rug on occasion during her 1600 G.M.T. Africa broadcasts(music dominates R.F.I. transmissions during staff strikes). Mayhap you'll luck out & catch a u.s.b. pirate around 6.950mhz or so! Radio For Peace International was kicked outta its' Costa Rica digs half-a-decade ago or so, & was supposed to have regrouped to, & started broadcasting from, Oregon. Haven't heard Radio Havana Cuba in a while, but they used to play dynamyte salsa. Radio Moscow used to have interestin' jazz programming. Radio Sweden had its' hipster-scene Club 10-5-10. Nowadaze though, Y-14, it's Slim Pickens on that international ether!!!
Even as I thought it I knew I had something wrong.
