I listen to Radio Paradise on Octoshape 192kps. Sounds pretty damn good for radio.
Follow Ups:
I agree. Radio Paradise is great. I haven't been this excited by radio since the early 70s when I listened to WABX in Detroit, one of the first alternative rock stations.I use the 192kb MP3 stream into foobar2000 and Asio4All to avoid the Windows KMixer.
Radio Paradise is awesome. Commercial free and intelligent DJ'ing.
Gawd! here we go again. foobar foobar foobar. I don't care too much about the sound coming from my PC but from PC to stereo is different. I thought even though I use WMP to play music through my stereo, I was by-passing KMixer by using M-Audio Transit? At least that's what I remember reading here. Now it seems it doesn't! I really don't care what player I use, but, after checking out Foobar, holy shit! Well, I guess I will just have to download it and learn as I go. UGH!
