Im so amused that some here , prefer to tell us ' what they have ' instead of opening discussions on ' how it works ' .
Im aware about the phasing of the output stage filaments windings ...thats easily seen with a multimeter - , and no doubt would create alot of noise ...I sorted that out before building the amps ..bench testing of the toroids prooves that . Im interested in the AC " in phase " or " out of Phase " of the Driver stage windings . It made a big difference , and maybe some out there who have a more noise than they should have , could have this corrected by a simple swap of the secondary supply winding connections .

It looks like it just u are amused! No one els cares?
Excellent - another answer without meaning ,But was very funny .
Still , I guess it adds a lovely flavour of mystery to the subject of phasing / cancellation effects . If I was able to post small pics here , I would have posted whats seen on the O-Scope .
I will ask again - Tubevibb , youre Email address ??? - Then I can send proof of what ive put together . Then maybe you would do the same ?
Thanks - Stu
I have dc on all heaters. u are runing ac?I can even run 6as7 dc.Talk about noise!!!!! what are u think about?thanks
Tubevibb - yes , im running AC . Yes DC is the way to go im sure , but im very happy now anyway with the results of the AC connections now . More than happy . I like the thoughts of having less components , so I like AC first .
I have AC on all . Stu
