V-Cap makes a very nice Teflon part. You might consider it, as it is much better than the paper and oil unit (more detail, just as smooth...). One of the very best capacitors available. Its available in .1uf, 600V, no problems!
Follow Ups:
I like to survive the massive capacitor bank of M60. How do Atma-Sphere people take voltage out of all caps? Put resistors in some places?
I have two pieces of .33 tftf and they sure are good. Bass is incredible and speed is unreal. But kind of too neutral still. OIMPs are more R&R. Have more "edge" and "balls" and i like it that way. At least in my old pushpull EL34 amp they behaved that way.
That's a new one. I finally understand that "OIMPS" refers to a silver-foil and oil cap made by V-cap. You are certainly entitled to your preference. It is surprising that the OIMPS caps are not apparently available in higher voltages, but here is what you could do, at some additional expense and complexity: use two caps in series. For example, two 0.33uF/250V caps in series will give you a final capacitance of ~.16uF with a voltage rating of 500V. This is about right for the coupling application in your amplifiers. Whether this solution will still have "balls" and not be too neutral is for you to judge. Oddly, one of the things I have noticed in my system with oil caps is that they tend to be a tiny bit reticent, not ball-sy at all, though I have no experience with the V-cap product. I agree with Ralph that teflon is the way to go.
OIMPS are not oil and paper and even not silver, but "special proprietary metallized polypropylene film" and some kind of oil. http://v-cap.com/oilcapacitors.html.I also considered teflon to be The material, until i tried OIMPs. Now i am not sure anymore, at least if you like to tune the sound a bit.
I have to serialize the 250v caps and check if OIMPs are the way to go with Atmas as well.
