Return to Planar Speaker Asylum

Came across this page. Interesting. Really nice looking room, using what looks like MMG's. Of course there will be the requisite recommendation to pull the speakers away from the wall, etc...But overall it's a beautiful layout, good food for though. Remember, beauty is visual as well as audible...:)
Follow Ups:
It may look good visually, but it's not a good listening room.
Speakers too close to wall and corners, blah blah blah.
But you know someone would say that so I'm getting it out of the way : )
I want it to sound good first, look good second.

appears he/she just has the maggies pushed back for the moment. Otherwise I think there's ample room for them to boogie.I'm not too keen on the busy visual aspect of having a plasma and screen in one room although it appears they're using the screen (at least then) for power point.

This raises a possible topic, why not post pics of maggie rooms that are aesthetically pleasing? Making it sound good is (relatively) easy, making it sound good and look good, there's the rub. Personally, I want it to sound good, but I'm willing to sacrifice a little sound if it makes the system better looking and easier to live with. Also, if I sacrifice a little to make the system usable in my main room, so that I can use it for everything, so much more the better.
I agree totally about aesthetics. The setup caught my eye for a couple reasons.
The first is that he has the same Panny plasma we just bought. The second is that it seems to me that he would get a sore neck trying to view it from the sofa at that angle!
A very interesting room though.
I'd like to see more nice room photos here too.
