Hello!
Anyone kindly tell me that the best way to wire the stacked Quad SL 57 in parallel or in series configuration? Which way sounds better? My friend told me yesterday on the phone, someone told him that the series configuration will have a higher minimum impedance (3.6 ohms)compare to the min. impedance of 0.9 ohms on high frequency when wire in parallel.
Which way sounds better?

Why not use 4 amplifiers, one per? The question then is moot.
Think big.

...expensive, but probably a nice solution. Requires a pre-amp with the output stages and oomph to drive the power amps, but it would sound very nice I imagine.
...can actually *tell* you what sounds better. That's a matter of personal judgment and preference. However, my preference is for the parallel connection Quad originally sanctioned. Series connection will possibly be better (experiment) with OTL amplifiers. The 1 ohm at the high frequencies sounds scary but there's not too much power output "up there". A competently designed amp is essential nevertheless.
