Both amps were off for 24+ hours to make sure all caps were discharged. So I swapped out the fuses left to right amps (CA-201's vertically bi-amped) and voila!, now it works fine.
I figure one of two things.
1 - The rear main fuse was not quite in right. The others are simple press in standard fuses, the rear is a twist in and possibly it was in wrong (even though I previously swapped them left to right at first and still had the same amp out, maybe it just never was in quite right).
2 - Something got shut down inside due to the storm. Unplugging it for 24+ hours reset it.
Which one? Ask Eric Clapton. I was so happy to hear music again (him so far) from the speakers I think I just don't really care. Thanks to all for lending an ear and for possible fixes!

I think your amps just needed a little time to work up a classe act.
