Indeed! With the recent bad news about Mike Z's twins and Kavakidd's brother in law, I thought this place needed some cheering up!
Best regards,

Interesting...but why no phono stage?I'd love to review your equipment but I'm sure shipping would kill you, if not seriously impair!
None the less, interesting idea on that line pre! I'm listening to a Cary linestage that's priced about the same as yours...and it's kicking my Anthem's butt!

I'm actually going the other way, looking at music server tech.I know how good vinyl sounds, but it's such a king-sized PITA, and expensive. Also, old LPs are not exactly thick on the ground here; our climate is very unkind to them in storage. There's a mildew grows on them that degrades the surface.
You should talk to me mate Hag over in Honolulu. He has some killer phonostages, some of them quite affordable.
De Hag Aloha,
I wrote him an e-mail requesting a review. Ah well, I've embarrassed myself before! I didn't bother to look on the site to see if there had been any reviews of his products and THEN, I recalled the name.I surely wouldn't mind reviewing his gear, but Fremer's got more of a "draw" than I do. Heck, maybe I'll be surprised.
I did want to say your gear looks great.

Mahalo, my friend. I am a forty year guitarmaker, ship's carpenter, jeweler, gunsmith. Other stuff. You ought to stick your nose up to one; you just might be impressed.Jim is a serious player; this guy knows stuff.
Aloha,
