I understand that in past times complete Italian families were somehow shoe-horned into a Fiat 500 (Now that WAS small!)....No doubt the French occasionally attempted much the same in their Citroen 2CV/Dyane cars, though with the benefit of rather better suspension when coping with "indifferent" road surfaces...

it didn't look like the one in all those 60's Eyetie fillums, and this was when Dad was still not yet in hospital/dying slowly, which began in 1956 (or early '57) IIRC.So, far too early out here for the Nuovo 500 / Quinquecento and I've confirmed it WAS a Topolino by looking up Fiat 500 - for the 30's version.
