Sort of reminds me of some "high-end" audio shops a bit south of here. I won't name them, of course, but that's close to their attitude! He should have shoved that "grammophone" up theri asses! That would have been a great laugh!

That was quite funny if cruel.Quite interesting was when they started talking about amplifier wattage. Of course, anyone into SET amps would have been laughing in the shopkeepers' faces at their ignorance.
to see what they had for speakers. The guy was telling me tube amps wouldn't work with today's XYZ brand speakers. Said they didn't have 1/10th of the power needed to push those monsters. But they wouldn't let me bring mine in to give it a shot anyway.
