Is it cause for divorce if your wife tells you to remove Stevie Ray Vaughn from the CD player? We compromised. I removed the SRV CD and played something more soothing and at lower volume levels. John Hiatt if I recall correctly.
Then later in the evening I snuck a Stevie Ray Vaughn Vinyl LP onto the record player. That one went through without criticism.I'd count this as sure proof that my wife prefers vinyl, but it wasn't a controlled experiment.
I'm not too keen on doing a valid statistical sampling with that particular SRV CD. ;~)

She got her way, then she let you feel like you snuck one in. Are there any new car brochures hanging around the house? How about brochures for other expensive items? Did you pay close attention to her fingers and neck jewelry? Nah, Mrs. Grover wouldn't play that. New car, maybe. Those M3's are nice, you know, and you have to get on the waiting list now. ;~)BTW, HCA1000-A back in right now. Good call.

and a mild distaste for the music of The Beatles, we seem to have pleasurably ambled on through life without much motivation for divorce...Endlessly playing one selection of music (even the Mozart Clarinet Quintet & Oboe Quartet) would be seen by both as a provocative act, however, and so is a situation we avoid...
