Greets!500 Hz horns are really pushing it IMO. A 311-90/300-400 Hz with super tweeter makes more sense to me.

Hi GM, I agree, I had the Speakerlab Ks for a bit and hooked up a 311 on one of them just as an A/B and it was night and day. I did end up trading the Speakerlabs for a 300B amp, but if was going to keep them, I would have bought a pair of 311 off eBay and made it a permenent switch. Cheers.

the 331-90 horn plus 299 or 288 driver combo is kinda pricey though...you might check out the alk horn stuck unto the existing klipsch driver. regards, tony
