...is going to cost you 10 dollars less in many cases. The two you mention are among the most expensive sites online (especially when you add their shipping). Try CD Universe, CD Pacific, Amazon+Marketplace, Play.com, Redrummedia.com etc etc. etc.

That is uplifting news! A couple of those sites are new to me, like I said, I haven't boughten too many SACD's during the past year or so.. mostly vinyl, hopefully that will change.
I invested about $700 in spare parts last month for my SCD-1, and I wanted to get it the VSE +5 mods.. so, I guess I will check out those sites and help out the cause.. (and my collection :) ).Have a great evening!
Rick, May I ask what spare parts you bought for $700? I've the 777es and have the VSE +5 mod done for about a year and love the improvement over the stock. I bought the spindle motor and laser assembly last month and have the sled motor on order.
