thx for the links.
as i'm from outside USA i can only buy online (worked always great untill now :-)are some of the discs are not recommended?
i see that there few "compilations" which are quite expensive - and seems to have the same songs as on "original" albums.........
I've heard that the Stones SACD recordings aren't always clearly identified. - If this is true, how do you tell whether it's an SACD recording?
I think th 9XXXX serial number means SACD hybrid as well.
All the Stones SACD's came in a cardboard sleeve, the new dsd remasters are in jewel boxes.
HowdyThere are a lot of posts in the archives about the various discs. I've got them all and enjoy them :)
for $24!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can still find some of the Stones discs (as they are out-of-print) at Best Buy (and perhaps Circuit City too) stores for $14.99. I had one in my hands this past weekend I do not own as I had a 10% off coupoun but I opted for "New Favorite" by Alison Krauss and Union Station (which I do own) as it was $14.99 less 10% and Elusive Disc is closing this out-of-print title out at $40.
