Whereas we have those CD burn in disc such as the XLO and STS burn in CD, no counterpart is found in the SACD genre. As some SACD players have discrete CD and SACD signal or even output parts,
I am looking forward such title with a demagnetizing track.

Please see the link.
The Furutech only demagnetizes the disc, but not the whole system, especially the player.
How can you demagnetise aluminum?
Believe it or not, it does work.
signal or even output parts <Nope - the paths may be different - but only in the digital sections. The analog are always the same - hence a specific burn-in SACD would be redundant. A good RBCD burn-in disk will do the job 100%.
It is easy to burn a CDR in pcm, but the equipment needed for sacd is not readily available. I would not be a bit surprised were some Japanese company to have a sacd burnin disk already. I do not know of one, however. While such a disk would no doubt accelerate break-in of the sacd side of a player, I think you can still expect that extended use of sacds will get you to the same point. There is no question also that a cd burn in disk would be of some benefit in a players as some electronics functions regardless of whether it is a cd or a sacd.
Who is going to make it? How many could they sell? How coudl they recover the investment in making such a cut-out-bin-destined certainty? If they don't amke SCAD's anymore, adn for the most part, they do not, they are not going to make SACD burn in discs.
Although a burn in CD will do part of the job, it only goes up to 20kHz rather than 100kHz. One of my SACD player, Denon SA10 has separate CD and SACD circuit/output socket and reading CD let the other part idles. Using a 'loud' SACD with extensive bass and high frequency can do another part but they lack the demagnetizing track which can make sound cleaner.
