Hi
Yes I would like to, but I am supposed to be out of town that wekend!
I am trying to rearrange things.
I have seen them a couple of times and they are .... variable... which is a product of their improvisational method.
From the best thing you've ever heard to an odd kind of noodling and little communication.
But I still love them.
Do you live in Brissie?
I am in New Farm.

HiI hope you can make it - would be a shame to miss. Thanks for the info on their live performances. I have one of their albums - Hanging Gardens - which I initially found a little disjointed and "noodling", but after some time have come find it quite interesting. It is difficult for me to understand my emotional response to the album though...
I like Chris Abrahams' work, most notably with Melanie Oxley. I caught them together live many years ago - very good.
Yep - I'm in West End / Hill End, not far from Orleigh Park.
Did you see him at one of those free music things... Fabrique (?) downstairs at the Powerhouse a few months ago?
I thought he was great but some of the others....
Well, I could call it patchy.....
No - I missed that. I saw him with Melanie Oxley about 12! years ago; just following the relaease of their Welcome to Violet album (great album BTW). I was at the long gone Metropollis beneath the Myer Centre. Ah, Memories...
