I am thinking maybe the readers of my post and other posts of this nature regarding Welborne labs customer service and buisiness practices could drop him an email to bring this to his attention. If welbornes email is full of "potential" buyers addressing this type of service with him maybe it will open his eyes! Those of us that have allready made purchases seam to get a blind eye and deaf ears. Here is the address if anyone is inclined sales@welbornelabs.com

Kirbyt,Rather than trying to get everyone to write to Welborne Labs on your behalf, perhaps you could send them an email with a link to your post, and the responses you've gotten.
That would probably be be more effective. IMHO anyway.
Good luck!
I dont expect or want people to write on my behalf as such, my intention was more on Welbornes behalf. They are getting alot of negative attention about how they deal with there customers and are surely loosing buisness because of it. I think they sell a great product, I'd like to be able to recommend these amps to poeple and be able to continue buying products from them, but not a chance with the currant way they do business. Btw I am not sure I understand the comment This smells funny?
Your refering to my post, I don't mean to make things "smell funny" around here and it quite well may be a stupid idea I suggested about writing emails to Welborne and people should disregard it. If I've given the impression that I'm up to something funny so be it. Really I find nothing funny about this matter... period, nor do I need to post anymore about the subject, Ive stated what I felt I need to.
