Has anyone heard of the Balanced Power Technologies BP-2SE Power Conditioner and if so, it it different from the basic Balanced Power Technologies BP-2? In other words what does the 'SE' designation signify? Thanks
Follow Ups:
SE=special edition
SE ususally means a fancier box and higher price, but the same performance as the regular model!
I ended up emailing BPT and this was Chris's reply:
The BP-2SE is an early version of our 15A balanced power isolator, that pre-dates the current Ultra series. It uses a standard balanced power transformer (not the current LoNo design), has 4 duplex outlets (current units have 5 duplexes) and the power cord is permanently attached (power cord is removable on current units). The SE had upgraded polypropylene capacitors in the filter network and upgraded, heavier gauge wiring than the standard units along with some internal vibration control dampening.
