I always get the same only channel. Could it be the amp or
the preamp processor? Fuses on the power amp are ok!

look at your balance knob. Seriously. Then check the back of the amp to see if you somehow switched it to mono mode. (Don't laugh, more people have done this than you'll ever know).Still same problem? Run a CDP directly to your amp. Do both channels work? If no, you have an amp problem. If yes, you have a preamp problem.
Well it was so easy to find. ( I'm sick and my brain is almost turn off). It's my wife who told me "check your speaker". The left one might have a loose connection. That simple.
I've sent an amp in for repair before because it was switched to mono, but don't tell anyone.The next thing you have to work on is how your wife knew the speaker connection was loose. Things that make you go "hmmmmm".
