I saw a Telefunken Concerto # 5296wk Console Stereo at an estate sale this morning. Asking price is $450.00. This unit is immaculate with all original papers, booklets etc. and all accessories, spare bulbs for phono cabinet, album cleaner etc etc. etc.. all Telefunken and mint. I opened the back of the stereo, all tubes are original Telefunkens and the inside is clean as day one. The man brought this home with him from Germany in the early 1960's after being stationed there with the military. Everything is in perefect working condition, sounds great.

I am looking for some opinions on the asking price vs the value. I tried searching the net all over for a concerto console and the only information I can find is photofacts being sold on ebay.

Any opinions on potential value, any sites known offering similar cabinets..any opinions on the asking price. Thanks for any input.
