The dumbing down process is almost complete. Give em' 10 years and IPODS will be considered high fidelity.

Can you point to any post of yours where you aren't at least implying that all of audio is crap or turning to crap, or that people are stupid for pursuing high end, or even "better" audio? Inherent in all of your posts is the assertion that you have some sort of "correct" insight that no one else can seem to grasp. And those that are curious, who like to try different things and experiment are often the subjects of extreme, disdainful, sarcasm.
I don't expect my words here to illicit any sort of introspection on your part: but merely some more defensive, bitter, angry, internet vitriol.
I know that the world has dealt you a really bad hand, but it's really, a bummer and very sad, - (on those occasions when I do read your posts), - to read your misery. The obvious answer is to not read; but I do sincerely hope that you are able to someday find some modicum of peace in your future...

Actually I'm a really happy guy who hasa been blessed in many ways.
I just don't suffer fools well at all.
Now; at the crusty old age of 54, with a bit of retrospect, I see what I see, and I see a real dumbing down process when it comes to recorded music.

In general there has been a "dumbing down" process going on for quite sometime now, how else can we explain the complete lack of protest shown by the people of this (use-to-be)great nation towards our national state of affairs?

Please heed the call
Don't stand in the doorway
Don't block up the hall
For he that gets hurt
Will be he who has stalled
There's a battle outside
And it is ragin'.
It'll soon shake your windows
And rattle your walls
For the times they are a-changin'. < < <
