I want to try one with my Naim CDP. Musical Fidelity is out of question.
Follow Ups:
Naim with tubes thats one I never thought id hear:) Are you at all handy with a soldering iron?? There are a bunch of DIY tube output circuits out there if you do a search on google.
Yup, I'm the first man with this idea ;). Seriously, I was always curious to find out how the tube Naim player would sound, and I'm going to try that. Unfortunately, the DIY stuff is not for me, so I must find something already assembled with good return policy.

never liked their products in the first place, hated the A5 cdp, which I auditioned for a long time, and would never consider something with soldered, irreplaceable tubes.
Heard good things about tube buffers & preamps from
Doc B. over at bottlehead.com has a new tube buffer stage kit for sale . I own the Extended Foreplay III and really like it alot (as in 7th heaven) . I'm , of course , not affilated . Get out your iron and get with it ;~)
