My process is slightly different than yours, with the most notable difference being that I treat my CD-Rs before burning rather than after, but I haven't changed my routine in a while. Seems to work fine.
Follow Ups:
I've stopped the duplication process and now just clean the discs 1st with Intron #8500 and Nesap at 60 then ENJOY....... I can always tell if I forget to Nespa, it's that big a deal!

Haven't been doing a lot of burning lately, as I'm waiting for my new CD player, so the Nespa hasn't been getting a lot of use. I'm sure it'll burn out eventually, but it hasn't so far.
