In Reply to: Re: What AC & IEC plugs for Lapp DIY cable - Furutech or Oyiade or something cheaper? posted by Duster on April 16, 2007 at 20:39:36:
I would recommend the use of AET PSE-018HR AC & PSE-320HR IEC plugs and also you can also consider the IeGO pure silver AC & IEC plugs (the only pure silver plugs in the world) which are among the best in the market and they are cheap when compared with their competitors from Oyiade or Furutech.

I bought them from Hong Kong when I was on vacation there. I mail ordered the IeGO plugs from there as well.
I need EU schuko AC plugs. Do they have it there? I assume HK has a UK-style plugs, right?
Most high end power cords use US style AC plugs in Hong Kong as they can accommodate larger diameter of cables. And as far as I know AET only does US style AC and IEC plugs which are, extremely well built and finished, in the Furutech territory. At the moment I am using a power filter which can take both US and UK plugs but I have to be careful about the orientations of the pins. The link below is the agent in HK:-
