Hi.Thank goodness. I don't need to finance any audio "cookers" suppliers as I know the business.
Years back I started to "cook" up my audio stuffs, like 4N ICs, & power cords, caps, audio tranformers, silver hook-up wires etc etc with my home-brew one-fit-all "pressure cooker".
I disagree you need HV to break in any cable. Instead you need currents & wideband frequencies for most audio stuffs.
Quess what I use & proven excellent results, including hard-to-tame 4N silver power cords, which demand high currents to break-in quick.
Hint - a universal power "cooker" - delivering high power & high current wideband white noises up to 18-20KHz. Adjustable to any signal levels to feed a senitive phonostage or a stubborn power cord.
And it cost me only 10 bucks. Why spend your hard-earned big bucks to finance a cooker vendor?
