There is a 1 meter xlr pair of Acoustic zen Silver Ref II for sale at $449.00. In reading reviews i learn of Neotech in a 2002 dated review reporting them as the manufacturer of the AZ material listing sales prices for this length at under $100.00. Other on line reviews seem to indicate this was before Neotech began making their own brand for the retail market. I am wondering as i am in the market for this type of silver IC if i will find a source retailing for less than this individual selling his (unused) spare pair of AZ IC's or are the days of buying this zero crystal silver at bargain prices in consumable lengths gone?

See the link to a previous post on the subject of AZ and Neotech cables.
Here's a dealer in Singapore:
Having tried both, they are completely different designs. Maybe AZ materials are outsourced from Neotech etc..but they do not share any similarities in how they 'sound'..AP

Bearing in mind these AZ IC's are selling at half price the Neotechs would have to be orders of magnitude more enjoyable than the AZ.Thanks.

The zero crystal silver was expensive.I have seen the .9999% 28 AWG silver 25 ft spool but when i found there are Rhodium plugs and they'd be $300 for a set making a pair didn't seem like such a deal compared to the AZ set for another $100 when i consider to make a pair I'd need a few other things like;time, solder, soldering iron, work station vice and still if I'm not mistaken the AZ silver is a higher grade.I have AZ Hologram II speaker cables which are copper and presently have a gold alloy IC (Black Mountain Pinnacle) and wanted to see what an all Silver IC could do.
