Some people object to silver, saying it sounds thin or even shrill. In that way, silver, especially fine-gauge stuff, can offset the thicker, less controlled sound tubes can have (especially in the bass) without messing with their magical midrange.Of course, in your application, it may sound different.
IME, the small gauge fine silver ICs work great in either SS or tube applications, my original Adcom gear through better Wright/AI/Jolida/McCormack stuff.

Or you could use the Jupiter silver Parts Connexion sells. I've been trying out PCOCC cables over the past little while, and when I put my VH silver DIY back into my system, I realized it's way, way better than the super copper stuff. YMMV, but for me it's a very fine IC.
Hi,
do you have compared Audio Consulting vs VH silver wire to build the VH fine silver interconnect (or any othe IC)?
Best regards,
Beto
