I upgraded the stock, lamp wire power cord on my wonderful Creek T40 fm tuner with a WW A5 which is huge. My thanks to Alan for cooking and double cryoing the cord. It sounded great out of the box and now, after a couple of days, it sounds wonderful. I like the music reproduction much more than I did with the stock cord. It's much more open, spacious, detailed and extended. When a station is playing a good quality cd or hosting a live recording, the sounds I get are much more realistic than before.

...and have nothing but praise for David's designs :-)In fact, the original Wireworld Aurora, of which I still have 2, were the PC's that introduced me to the benefits of what a properly designed PC could bring to ones system.
Very solid engineering with excellent execution of materials/build quality.
Enjoy,
I have a couple of pairs of their interconnects as well, a (something) 3 which is very good with my fm tuner and a brand new Equinox 5 for my cd player. Great stuff.
I'd like to pat you on the back for giving the Cable Cooker treatment a try. For years, I've been encouraging others to give it a try. In return, I get nothing but flak. So I just wanted to give you a friendly warning, a little heads-up. But now that you have witnessed and experienced Cooking for yourself, (a) try it on your other cables, and (b) don't let the bigots detract from your enjoyment.-Lummy The Seahorse
A couple of months back, I had Alan cook a Pass and Seymour outlet, a pair of speaker cables and a pair of speaker power cords for my Quad ESL-63's. I'm de-lighted with the results. My system is smoother, sweeter, more detailed, more spacious and quieter than it's ever been. I'm sold.
Shucks....now I owe you 5 bucks. The check is in the mail.
I believe in giving due. The gift moves on.
