If you pay a lot of money for cables you will want to hear a difference, therefore you will...I bet it will be un-measurable, lets say better soudstage, more musical, shall I say more.

...than the '3-nines*' tough-pitch copper that's used in things like home wiring. OF is often expressed as OFHC which means Oxygen-Free, High-purity Copper. There now are MANY-different kinds of higher (than tough-pitch)-purity copper including long-grain copper. Perhaps the best copper now available is OCC (Ohno-Continuous-Cast) copper, which is EXTREMELY-long-grain (as in single-crystal), extremely-high-purity (as in SEVEN-nines-pure) copper. Various cable compaines have their own names for this stuff; Audioquest calls theirs Perfect-Surface Copper; PS Audio PCOCC (Pure Copper by Ohno Continuous Casting). It's all better (and more expensive) than plain copper.
* The number of nines describes the purity expressed as a decimal, so 3-nines copper is 0.999-pure (= 99.9%) copper, AKA its impurities do not exceed 0.001 or 0.1 percent.

OFHC copper is actually "Oxygen-free High-conductivity" copper. The term is pretty old, and really only used in audio circles, as the metals industry has moved on to more specific designations.
As for copper purity, if anyone can supply any test data that proves commercially-available purity beyond 99.999 percent, I'd like to see it. As anyone in the metals industry can tell you, the testing process introduces it's own impurities which make claiming purity above 'five nines' dubious.
As for the 'long crystal' coppers, the jury's still out with me. I've listened to a bunch of cables made of this material over the years, and haven't heard anything that makes me think it's any better than cryo'd OFC copper.
