I looked around for a cheap but decent spade and then found these at Homegrown audio. Silver plate on copper. Fits 1/4 to 3/8 lugs. Not too pricey. Link below (I'm not affiliated)
After all of the wrapping with teflon tape, shotgunned and bi-wired. Things get a little crowded at the amp lugs. Works though. I use a wrench (lightly) to put that last bit of torque on 'em.Have fun with it. I did. Still am.
btw. ProGold. Good stuff.

Its not regular plumbers tape I suppose?
I only use my gun whenever kindness fails
For some applications, it works a little better because of its thickness.Basically the same stuff as the white plumber's tape, just thicker.
I used the widest tape they had. 3/4inch @ $1.49 per roll. It took 3 full rolls to do all the wrapping.-Steve
