Hi Saffier,Atlas is not a 15" woofer- version of Prometheus, it is a different design with two widebands per side. The 15"- woofers can be ordered separately to the Prometheus baffle- kit but in small/medium- sized rooms the two 12"- woofers of Prometheus are much more dynamic than most of the smaller sized common hifi- woofers.
The sound- differencies between the baffle- partition of Prometheus and Atlas are big. Atlas offers much bigger imaging and a relaxed sound even at live rock- levels - IN BIG ROOMS! The Atlas- baffles also require more space around them, otherwise the sound is not "free". Prometheus sounds better in small rooms or in medium- sized rooms with limited space around the baffles.
Atlas pics coming soon!Regards

Hi Robert,
Many thanks for your reply and explanation.
What's a big room and what is a medium sized room?
My room is 5,5 mtr. by 16 mtr. but my rig is on one side of the room, 5,5 mtr. by 6 mtr.with only one side wall. I would think this is a medium sized room...Thanks,
Hi Saffier, regarding the volume your room is big, this counts for the woofers - so my recommendation for dynamic listening are the 15"- woofers.
When the distance to the baffles is close and there is less than around 1m of space around the baffles you can combine the 15"- woofers with the Prometheus baffles, probably the resulting sound will be great (knowing your components). When you have the space and a listening- distance of around 2,5m and above you can go for the Atlas- baffles - but these are also more expensive than the Prometheus- baffles (same price- situation for the 15"- woofers). There also will be a possibility for upgrading from Prometheus to Atlas in a second step.Regards

Hi Robert,Many thanks for your comments and suggestions. I most probably go for the Prometheus and upgrade later. Indeed this makes sence. Have some experience with the Prometheus, learn from the design and take it from there to the next step!
Thanks,
Saffier
