If you review the instructions in your Prometheus manual you will see that the baffle outside dimension(400mm)minus the inside diameter quoted for the wideband (270mm)will leave 130mm divided by 2 to give you 65mm per side. The actual Apollo's are 60mm per side. This may be fine for a separate upper baffle but if you plan on a floorstanding baffle then 65mm will be better for strength and lack of flexing for a long baffle.
To duplicate the Apollo shape simply use those dimensions and a compass and make two intersecting circles. Then use your compass or french curve to make reverse curves where the circles intersect. Adjust to your own aesthetics. It is fairly basic and it seems as though your skill level will achieve this easily. The baffle should be at least 25mm thick for strength as there is not much material left to make a rigid mount for the wideband and tweeter. Good luck.

Thanks Tony, for the dimensions. Indeed I figured out that the baffle sides for the standard PII baffle would only be 65mm on both sides, so at least 80mm for the apollo seemed to be a bit to much. The whole baffle will be way to bulky, which will compromise the WAF.
Leaves me one other question: what's the diameter for the Gemini tweeter/horn on the Apollo baffle? 120mm instead of 160mm?
Thanks again!!Best regards,

Yes, 120mm is correct.
