Really been itching to try a good CHEAP t or any other digi amp but am worried that i might mess up my Dyn 42's... Am i worried over nothing? Any info?

they should include the panasonic digitals which are missing in this shoot out since this is probably the most common digital out there and was the one that started everyone looking at digital amps.
another thing about your dynaudios is that they really are not 4ohm speakers. they conservatively rate them as 4ohm nominal however if you look at the impedence curve they actually are 6ohm speakers,
If you specifically want Tripath you will be better off with a 2020 application which churns out in the 20 watt @ 4ohms neighborhood. i'm not too sure how you would fare with the "magical" 2024 which is about 6 watts into 8 ohms. If you think a 2024 would do then you have Trends Audio and Sonic Impact units for under $120 to play with.If you want a Class D amp check eBay and AudioGon for chip amps and gainclones. I got a used LM3886 chip amp recently and love it.
I am using a panasonic saxr55 no problems driving a dynaudio,no problems, sounds real nice
