The Usher CP-6371 is rated at 120watts at 4ohms with 89db sensitivity. I believe the monster amp you recommend is too powerful for those speakers. At least its over kill at worst i could blow up my speakers? I did supply a link of a screen shot that Usher sent me of the impedance chart.

Nonsense. The speaker will use exactly as much power as it needs to play at a particular volume. With 89 db sensitive speakers it means you will use very little of the power (typically no more than a few watts) but have plenty of dynamic headroom from the amp. You realize that just because an amp is rated to some power doesn't mean it is throwing that much power into the speakers all the time. How much power the amp is putting out depends on the voltage it gets in from the preamp. Most amps require between 1 and 2 volts to reach full output power. Under normal conditions your amps are putting only very few watts (or even milliwatts) into the speaker and only at high levels and/or big dynamic peaks do you get close to full power.
Ok, so the more power an amp has the better. Even thou my speakers are only rated at 120wps max I can go buy me a 300watt ss amp now and crank ACDC and Metallica! Thanks. My Current Rotel RB-985 5x100 doesnt crank enough.

of course, you can always blow out a speaker, but a good clear powerful amplifier like the monarchy will pose no danger to a pair of speakers, even if its RMS rating is above the rating of the speaker. What you want to watch out for is trying to power a 4 ohm pair of speakers with an amplifier that cannot handle 4 ohm loads very well, i.e., some HT receivers, SET or OTL amplifiers, etc.
A push-pull /ultralinear tube amplifier using EL 84s or KT88 as output tubes and rated for 4 ohms would be suitable, try Rogue or VTL or Audio Research. Or the hybrid Monarchy, or the all SS Monarchies.
Basically, it may be expensive to significantly upgrade the sound you are getting already.
