If it's an older model, they aren't as good. At some point, Jolida got its act together and started producing good stuff. This is all third-hand info - what I read somewhere on the internets.
Follow Ups:
I bought a 302 integrated in '96 or so. It sounded okay but the build quality was poor. The paint job was a disaster. Hairs and sand were painted in. Underneath was rusted. I think they used old scrap cars for the steel. That was when made in China meant junk.
My best friend said they are very well made now. I'm sold on Rogue now, however and will stick with them. They are made in Pennsylvania and a bargain to boot.
Sorry, couldn't resist! Truce??
It was bad. I could not believe how bad, in fact! It soured me on the brand but audiomarc1 says now they are gorgeous.
Oh wait were you that guy I was sparring with last night? I was completely trashed. I'm sorry! Believe me I meant no ill will. I read it today and thought "Now what did I do!?
Garth usually responds when he knows I'm at the bottom of a bottle. I don't know if he feels sorry for me or he is disgusted with me.
Any way I live alone now so when I open a bottle I have to finish it! I'm really not a fighting drunk. More kissy/huggy/obnoxious!
Truce accepted.
