Very much familiar with that movie and love it.

I totally agree it was one of the more accurate period correct movies of modern times. Notice how there is even distortion when Shrevie played that Capitol LP on the Motorola, a bit of conical distortion, maybe a bit of groove damage, or simply dirty. Anyway, all those actors/actress were all unknowns in 1982 when that movie was shot.

A great film all in all.
