Anyone up for trying cork footsies?

For a different project I went looking for cork balls and found this site with cheap balls

The 3/4" size strikes me as worth a try for the amp I'm close to finishing rather than the ebony feets I'm accustomed to using. Will cut them off for a flat just above Mexico City in the Northern Hemisphere and see how it goes.
