Who are you? Please send us a email right now to discuss. No one has sent us any emails or has called us regarding anything like this in our memory.

We are completely surprised with this posting....

We have never shipped any DEQ2496 behringers to Panama nor have we had any orders for modified DEQ2496's for well over a year (we mostly only do the DCX2496's).

If you have a unit from us that is not working correctly, we will do whatever necessary to properly correct the issue.
