Timbo's recommendation of RG6 Quad shield is a good one. I did a search on Amazon (link below) just to give you an idea, but you're on your own shopping there (or elsewhere) for the correct length and best prices.

One obvious answer is to visit the Tuner Information Center and read the introduction, specs, gangs and filters, alignments, etc.

That ought to keep you busy for a while. There's a lot to understand about a tuner, especially if you're trying to learn how they work, rather than simply what performs well. Good luck, and have fun!
