Hickok 539c settings for a Cca tube?

Anyone know for certain what are the correct settings and bias volts for s Cca tube? Should I just go ahead and use the set up for a 6922 tube or is the ecc88 set up more appropriate? I could not find the set up in the roll chart or supplement manual anywhere
