His house was a maze of great tubes and amps. We met at R5D3 Electronic Surplus, ground zero for the tube revival. He taught me a lot about the hobby. We used to do some trading as well.

Lost track of him when he moved out of Portland. Heard that he moved to Alaska, got divorced and became a prepper. Totally unsubstantiated hocum from the Oregon grape vine.
