Yes it does but,Im not using them for cathode bypass, only PS bypass and 60 and 120hz is what is running thru the them. If you have all kinds of audio riding on the PS caps,you have some pretty bad quality caps. I don't use the .1s and .22s bypasses in solens. Those I use strictly paper in oil and I use 5uf and above solen bypasses.
