I once come across Chinese factory which manufactures these caps when was looking for something else. These are absolutely standard general-purpose axial metal-propylene or metal-polystyrene caps, manufactured with the same material and equipment as many others. They are made up to 100uF so you can replace electrolytes if you have enough space to do so.
