Phono Stage Motorboating

Got this phono stage up and running
but after about 30 minutes it goes
into low frequency oscillation.
I turn off the subs that do below 200Hz
and it doesn't go away so not feedback.
Turn the unit off and all is fine
for another 30 minutes or so.
Thinking a PS problem maybe upping the caps.
BTW sounds great when is is working.
