Reduced display only in Digital Drive

I am using an iPad. When I go to the Digital - General forum, everything looks the same as all the other forums, except the entire display is reduced to about 2/3 normal size, and the right 1/3 of the screen is white.

I view everything in Classic View. I have tried switching between the various view options, and the screen always returns to a full size display until I select Classic, and then the display shrinks again. This only happens in Digital Drive.
