RE: SVS SB2000 Pro subwoofer connection

Posted by John Elison on June 26, 2020 at 22:33:04:

I've got a similar configuration to yours. My preamp has two sets of outputs and my main speakers are connected to monoblock amplifiers with my subs connected to the second set of preamp outputs. I don't use the LFE inputs on my subs because I want them to augment the bottom octave only. I set the low-pass filter on my subs to 50-Hz. Here's a picture of my system with my monoblocks sitting on top of my Rythmik Servo Subs. I'm using a Mytek Brooklyn Bridge as my preamp/DAC.
