Have you spoken to Gary about this beyond an initial contact?

I ask because I've done business with him and sent a lot of other people to him for transformer rewinds and had no serious trouble. Yes, he shipped a trafo to me instead of my comrade Don Sachs once but that's the only trouble I've had. So it's hard for me to regard him as an idiot or as a ripoff. He is an older gent and may require a bit more conversation to get your issue settled.

If I may, I'd suggest giving yourself time to cool off then re-contact him. I'll be very surprised if you don't get this settled amicably.
