Yes, it does look unusual. And I can't explain it. It almost looks like a sign error. If you invert the Y-axis of the phase plot, then it would match with the bandpass response shown in the magnitude plot. Off the top of my head, I can't think of a filter topology that would produce a bandpass response and have a negative group delay through the low pass and high pass transitions.
