so many things, it's less about the method and more about the execution of that method. There are fantastic-sounding CDs and horrible-sounding LPs- and the converse of course. Either method can sound wonderful if carefully done, and there's no law restricting us to one or the other; as a matter of fact I find it more interesting to have the variety. I guess some folks just enjoy being dogmatic.
