RE: Anyone have a pair of Eminent Tech. LFT-8Cs? Care to share...

Posted by mikem1 on December 7, 2024 at 17:07:12:

Hello,
In an answer to your question I am a 3 time owner of ET speakers, first the ET LFT-8a, then the LFT-16, and now the LFT-8b. My buddy and I just bought the LFT-8b and he the LFT-8c. We Have both owned some nice Maggies (1.6, 1.7, 3.5, 3.6) and these speakers in both interations 8b and 8c are better than the Maggies and are a great mystery in the high end industry.
I am using mine with BAT electronics and he is using his with Conrad Johnson/Canary electronics. They do everything nice, are great top to bottom and the dynamics for a planar speaker are unheard of.
Can't beat the performance and the price.
I just listed a pair of my LFT-16 w/stands stand mount ET speakers, that the LFT-8b's replaced.
